We’ll bring fresh ideas to help with the creation of an event theme or sponsorship development followed by invitation design, and coordinating a program, copywriting, event materials and branding that ties everything together. With your attendees needs and budget in mind, we’ll help you select the right venue, and manage catering, menu choices and audio/visual services, and entertainment. Assisting with event design and décor, we’ll also manage the logistics of load-in, set up and load-out. We welcome the opportunity to work with your staff, committee and provide volunteer management. We can assist with registration, check-in and silent and live auction facilitation.
